Healthcare Meeting Frequently Asked Questions
You will receive information on how to access the meeting approximately one week in advance of the event.
Attendees will receive information on how to access handouts approximately one week in advance of the event.
Live sessions will be delivered with Zoom, please ensure that your device has the most up-to-date version of Zoom and able to connect using a strong internet connection.
To ensure the best viewing experience, make sure that you are viewing Zoom in "Full Screen" mode and with "Gallery view."
To qualify for complimentary 2022 membership, you must never have been a CCA member and paid the non-member rate for the Healthcare Meeting. Information on redeeming your complimentary membership will be emailed to you shortly after the meeting.
The on-demand sessions will be available for all recorded sessions 48-72 hours after the session concludes and will be available until June 30, 2022.
Please send an email to customer service and explain the situation. It will be researched, and if everything checks out, we'll send you a link the next day at the latest for completion.
We adhere to Qualification Standards that require attendance to the entire session for full credit only.
You are not required to make any comments yourself, but you may miss stimulating comments made by your colleagues if you do. Also, remember that the link to the evaluation appears in the chat window toward the end of the session. You must complete the evaluation to receive credit.
No signup is required; we have already taken care of that for you. You will receive an email on Monday, April 11 that includes the links for joining the event and the handouts for it. You will receive another email on Wednesday, April 13 with the same information.
